A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Where would the money come from? Can’t be from JB’s purported tax cut this year. I can foresee another attempt at ramming through the highly unfair graduated income tax if he gets re-elected. This state is controlled by takers, not makers.
