Dem machine passes budget with some tinny TEMPORARY tax breaks for chump-change voters but then pass PERMANENT legislation, like educator’s paid covid sick days or reinstating Chicago fire pension cola, that leaves it up to local municipalities how to pay for? Or permanent $2,500 pay raises to legislators? Or who knows how much it’s going to cost business and then passed on to customers to pay back unemployment loan….and on and on. Wp needs to do a piece on all the PERMANENT legislation passed that will require NEW $funding$ in the years ahead vrs the chump change TEMPORARY tax cuts
With the 2 cent savings on gas tax increase for 6 months or so that means all I have to do is buy 108,250 gallons to break even.
