CPS announces expansion of free, full-day pre-K – WGNTV (Chicago)

While preschool programs will be available in 64 of the 77 city communities for the 2022-2023 school year, plans call for programs in all 77 communities by fall 2023.

CPS will be using the expanded pre-K headcount to shore up the numbers from the disastrous exodus of students from the system. CTU is licking their chops to have more union dues from the baby sitters who will probably be required to join the union and— More kids to groom.
