Kim Foxx’s Office Set to Top 15,000 Cannabis Expungements – WTTW (Chicago)

Eligible individuals did not need to take any required action to have their convictions tossed out. Foxx’s office said it has 588 cases remaining in its system that fit the criteria for expungement, with some dating back to 1965.

This is how Lil Kim and her staff spend their time. She has no time to prosecute violent offenders when there are records dating back 50 years to be expunged. Her office is a complete travesty.
