A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Brown will increase the appearance of patrols by having the beat cars drive faster around the precinct. Code 3 light’m up and let’m scream. The frequency of seeing beat cars will increase dramatically indicating due diligence! Have a cop stand surrounded by beveled mirrors to give the appearance of six officers standing around.

What good are the extra police if the the thugs know they will be back on the street in a few hours?

Let’s face it, there aren’t enough police to do the job, and the ones we do have can’t do anything out of fear of getting prosecuted for trying. This can be laid at the feet of Jabba, BD Lori, Lil Kim and Judge Tim. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a summer of record chaos and destruction. What’s going to prevent it?
