Robberies are increasing even though ridership on the train system is depressed due to COVID and the growing work-from-home trend.

Before, it was a gamble to ride the CTA, you might get robbed and killed; you might not! With diminished opportunities for teens and young adults, it’s certain a mob will descend on you before you can take a seat! But crime is down!

Ironically, i wonder if gambling is back on the CTA. Those 3 card monty guys used to be all over the red line…

Remember when Rod promised the seniors the could ride for free. Any senior silly enough to ride the CTA is ready for the home.
