The same terrible court that refused to hear the mask mandate cases, refused to challenge JB Pritzker’s authority (despite WI/MI courts coming to the conclusion that their gov’s actions, using similar laws, was tyranny). Now they refuse to hear a case about FOID cards not even addressing the issue.
Our Chief Justice Ann Burke is married to Ald. Ed Burke who is under indictment for corruption. Yet she continues to run the court for three years, acts like nothing is wrong, she had such limited experience before coming Chief Justice. Complete joke!
