Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. What a piece of garbage. An embarrassment to the office and the city. Her day of reckoning can’t come soon enough.
The woman has no decency or self control. And to think she worked in the US Attorney’s office, and now trying to mobilize against the judicial branch of government. This tells us something about the competency of US Attorneys in these days. Finally, she starts conflating the ruling as an attack on gay marriage and the right to have children? No wonder she has led Chicago on the path to circling the sewer. Good luck if she gets re-elected.
