JB, why don’t you pull all those Illinois Democratic congress people off their social media accounts and help them draft legislation that will legalize abortion in some fashion nationwide. Then the feds can subsidize up to whatever is needed based on the passed legislation and you won’t have to make any embarrassing special requests.
