Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Two of the most worthless Illinois politicians whose incompetence has them joined at the hip joined at the hip. Tammi Duckfoot and Lori Lightworth have done nothing for the people of Illinois or Chicago. They need to be voted out at the soonest opportunity. Tell all your friends, either alive or dead, to vote against them. At least Tammi served and sacrificed for her county but Lori has only served herself.
Dirty water seeking its own level.

“Is this Moron Number One? Put Moron Number Two on the phone.”
The great Dennis Farina quote seems to fit here…
If Lori isn’t a one timer we’re doomed. She reminds me of Coleman Young; the former foul mouthed mayor of Detroit who didn’t leave office until shortly before he died.
And when he died all he ever left us was alone!
Ya better hope the same for Pritzker one and done
A great, truly insightful nod to the Temptations!
With an “endorsement” such as this, how can one go wrong, lol…???
