CPD needs better recruit screening
Nobody wants the job anymore. Entrance exams attract a handful of potential candidates. Background investigations have been eased, felony arrests without a conviction are accepted, drug arrests are okay as well. Bottom of the barrel is what is being hired. Years ago too many traffic tickets kicked you out, now anything goes. This is going to work out fine, really fine.
