Maybe they should explore transporting people in the sewer system. Deep tunnel dwellers (Morlocks) may be safe to be around only if they had their boosters. Think of the possibilities-Sewer surfing/Sludge kayaking/Snorkeling with vermin and an occasional dead body. At least they are out of the weather. Who knows they may find Jacques Cousteau still alive.

$75 a person to fly downtown in 20 minutes, LOL, good luck with that. Chicago will see a Republican mayor before they see a commute like that.
