Video shows armed men mugging victim in Wicker Park — minutes before Chicago cops were ordered to stop chasing them – CWB Chicago

Since then, at least 16 more robberies have been reported in waves of crime on Sunday and Monday mornings across Wicker Park, West Town, and the West Loop. Chicago police have said they believe at least two armed robbery teams are actively working the area.

Linked to ten other robberies. It just shows that the people that commit these crimes do it over and over again. Criminals don’t stop at just one, they only stop when they get arrested. Eight hours later when they’re set free they start again.
