Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot last week said that she met with officials at the Department of Homeland Security and other agencies and “made it very clear” that they need a plan to help. “We need federal support, resources, communication and collaboration,” she said. “And that has to come in short order.”

Gee Whiz, I would have thought a Sanctuary City would have had all this figured out before they advertised that they are a Sanctuary City.

I think that what Lori actually meant to say is “We’ll take all the illegal aliens that Biden is willing to pay for.”

My immigrant ancestors required a sponsor to be admitted into the US so they wouldn’t become a public charge.

Let’s call Chicago a “Biden Sponsered Public Charge City.”
