Jo Daviess County State's Attorney Chris Allendorf said, "I have filed suit to protect the residents of this county in the event that a temporary restraining order or other injunctive relief is granted in a consolidated suit."

Mass media is on board with the SAFE T act. The democrats basically run the media outlets and of course media management follows the orders. More and more opinion pieces are decrying those against SAFE T and of course, injecting the dreaded “racism” commentary.

I’m starting to think that one small county judge will issue a statewide injunction against the law throughout the entire state against the SAFE-T Act. They saw what the judge did in Sangamon County with the mask mandates. They collapsed throughout the state within weeks. My opinion is that the challenges are on good footing. The constitution specifically requires sureties and the SAFE-T Act ignores that requirement. I mean, when has the progressive ever cared about the constitution?
