Maybe putting up a picture of Medusa would have better results.

How about the denial of service attack on FlyChicago, naturally by Russia. The sites were down a good portion of the day. No adverse effects, nothing! Sounds like a slush fund piggy bank. Probably static pages with million dollar budgets! Lori will claim it was a personal attack on her by Putin. She’ll start wearing a Ukrainian combat ribbon.

This post reminds me of a similar story from Detroit in the 1970s.

“Coleman A. Young Mayor” was painted on the water tower of the Detroit Zoo for 2 decades. He never quite put 2 and 2 together but anyone who drove by got some comic relief.

After he was gone the new mayor had the water tower repainted without his name on it!

Lori’s biggest and only fan is Lori. She should use a photo from one of her pressers when she goes full nuts on some reporter. Glaring down from the billboard with her finger raised to emphasize her idiotic reign. Inviting businesses to consider Chicago. She should present prospective businesses with term sheets specifying if the business leaves the city within one year of moving all expenses are made good by the city. Let Lori put some skin in the game besides AA bull sht or the foundations of DEI.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
