Existing home sales on Chicago’s North Side slumped in September for the seventh consecutive month. However, a significant number of homes are being sold, prices generally are up, and market times are down.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
