The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that in Champaign and Decatur, both cities saw their lowest unemployment rates so far this year as of September. That number was 3.5% in Champaign and 5.7% in Decatur.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
