Most cops are taking mandated diversity training so they dont arrest too many black criminals. Doing their job would be racist.

Why should the cops do anything? The pay and benefits are better if they do nothing. The numbers are likely higher, people do not bother to report as they know it is just a waste of time. If you do not want to be robbed, move out of the City or State. The criminals have won, the fat lady is singing.
