Breaks into someone’s home with a gun during which two people are murdered, is charged with two counts of first degree murder, gets a plea-deal conviction for “armed home invasion” and he’s out on parole after 8 years only 3 months ago and has murdered 4 people over a bar argument. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that the kinds of deals-n-decisions surrounding his 2014 plea-deal and subsequent 2022 parole occur hundreds of times every week in the Cook County courts. Criminals will continue to own guns while law abiding citizens have nothing for their defense. As always, lawmakers try to make themselves look good, pacify their immediate audience, while not addressing the real problem.
If he had only registered the firearm with the state this would not have happened said a democrat.

LOL, murder laws didn’t even stop this guy. He was previously charged with DOUBLE MURDER but the charges were plead down to home invasion or something. AND MURDER IS STILL ILLEGAL AND YET HE MURDERED THREE PEOPLE ANYWAY!??? HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN?
