This isn’t crime – 100 muggings in prime neighborhoods over the court of a few weeks – this is just the perception of crime. Everything is just fine! Muggings are non-violent too, until the turn violent! Just hand over your belongings and hope you aren’t rapyed or shot!

Let the one out without any cash bail. This is what the kids learn to do in the CPS. Forgot to mention they learn drug dealing, carjacking, pimping and burglary. Not to be left out is identity theft and filing false income tax returns. The Chitty of Chicago is just that a Chitty place to be right now. Hope it will change one day, but who wants to wait to find out?
