University of Illinois board increases in-state tuition for incoming freshmen – CBS2 (Chicago)

The base in-state tuition for undergraduates starting next school year at the Urbana-Champaign campus will increase to $12,712 a year, a $238 increase. The base in-state tuition for undergraduates starting next year at the Chicago campus will be $11,178 a year, a $208 increase.

Student can get loans so when the graduate they have over $1000,000 in debt. The money goes to high salaries of the Staff. All most that amount goes to fund HUGE PENSIONS. $5 million pensions cost a lot of money to fund. Luxury homes in Punta Gorda are not cheap.
