How ironic that a lobbyist is needed by citizen taxpayers to attempt to protect themselves from thier own corrupt government.
TIF is straight line transfer of public funds and property valuations from all the p-taxpaying shmucks outside TIF to insider property owners and politicians who gain their favor within TIF boundaries .
