Brad Schneider collected more campaign cash from special interest groups during the last election cycle than any other representative serving the North, West or Northwest suburbs, records show. Democrat Sean Casten collected more than $1.1 million from special interests en route to defeating Republican challenger Keith Pekau of Orland Park.
