All that was mentioned in the article is utter nonsense. It makes it sound like the ERA was passed and is the law of the land. IT IS NOT!. It was not passed and was killed for good reason.
It’s legal quackery to claim that the ERA is actually in force, as this column does. Shame on the Sun-Times for publishing it.
