What absurd and silly arguments for ignoring one of the fundamental laws of the nation. Is that the best that Fatboy and Kwame have? Clearly neither achieved their current position due to brainpower. Fatboy bought his office and Kwamie simply checked the right ethnic/racial boxes. Talk about failing upward. That’s all that Democrats have.

The air force is not mentioned in the constitution either. Only the army and the navy. I guess the USAF is unconstitutional.

The Founding Fathers didn’t have the internet either, so I assume the First Amendment doesn’t apply to the internet

Citing the Founding Fathers is joke. At the time of the nations founding every farmer, rancher, settler, hunter, woodsman, explorer and many others possessed a modern, military style rifle carried by soldiers, the musket. Following tradition, rifles evolved, ammunition evolved and firearm technology evolved and citizens, the same group as outlined above, were able to upgrade their personal arms. Military firearms, rifles, can be fired in the automatic mode, one trigger pull and non stop firing. Those are already prohibited by the National Firearms Act of the 1930’s.
