Most voters are used to seeing complete candidate profiles in local newspapers or media outlets, but now political parties and advocacy groups are increasingly getting vocal about these candidates and the issues at stake.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
