100% for sure, Crime will be up, up and away. CPS just pushed students through the system and taught them zero job skills (except criminal). Businesses are fleeing so there are no jobs. The only growth industry in the Chitty is crime. That said get ready for years of rising crime rates. Honest hardworking people are fleeing the Chitty in increasing numbers.
