The idea of a ‘white’ caucus, despite whites barely having a plurality, is as toxic as toxicity can be, after the council wars of the 80’s. And here we are, were the alderman representing some of the financially and economically important areas of the city has been sidelined due to the strength of the black and hispanic and socialist caucuses.
Forecast is mid 40’s and rain for Friday and Saturday night so not this weekend but…..soon. Once it is warmer there will be a repeat until every weekend all summer and then every weeknight and then beyond downtown.
