Illinois near top of list among states with worst auto-theft rates – WBBM (Chicago)

Illinois has the fifth-highest rate of car thefts in the country, according to a new report. There were nearly 39,000 cars stolen in Illinois last year; That’s nine out of every 1,000 cars.

Being a criminal is all that the CPS taught them to be.
Only going to get worse as another generation without education is on its way.
CTU wanted it this way, they now got it this way.
