Lightfoot’s City Employee COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate Overturned by Illinois Labor Relations Board – WTTW (Chicago)

Ruling that the Lightfoot Administration failed to bargain with employee unions as required by law, the board ordered the city to rehire employees that were terminated after they refused to get the vaccine and awarded back pay – plus interest – to those employees who were disciplined because they refused to comply with the vaccine mandate.

Power hungry politicians acting like dictators and over stepping the authority they have. In the meantime perhaps $$$ millions of dollars will be spent to right the wrong. Not to worry, it’s not their money.
