The sanctuary city nonsense was just virtue signaling and grandstanding. When pushed to live up to their rhetoric the democrat mafia folds. Having said that, living in a police station in Chicago is still probably preferable to Venezuela.
Deport them. They are an unnecessary and unplanned for burden for the citizens of Chicago.
That or ask the liberals to start taking them in. You want a sanctuary city, walk the talk!
The correct phrase is Criminal Illegal Immigrants. Deport them.
It is so infuriating that our leaders virtue signal their stupid sanctuary state status, and when they arrive, the camp out in public buildings. How is this better for anyone? How is this sanctuary? Our leaders are intentionally destroying the thin veneer of civilization that we’ve built up since the first Sumerian Kings built their cities of mud brick. Now we are intentionally collapsing it all into chaos over insane ‘woke’ ideals.
Again the correct term is Public Charge.
Yeah, or Illegal Alien.
