"We know there's crime on the South and West Side, and we've been sheltered from it here. But of course it is going to come here too because you aren't addressing it in ways that are effective," one Lincoln Park resident said. Over the span of six days in April, 520 cars were stolen — up 48 percent from last year.

Don’t worry, these aren’t really vehicle thefts, they’re vehicle reparations. Problem solved!
