The Washington Post has lied so many times about so many things… My personal recent favorite is the Amber Heard Op-Ed and their refusal to retract the article. They sent their own reporters to go after lawyers providing commentary on the trial instead of admitting error. Hey Tribune, why not step up to the plate and actually cite misinformation in these newspapers instead of hiding behind the defamation backstop of the Washington Post? Scared??? The Chicago Tribune’s real-deal, 4th Estate, actual professional ‘journalists-n-reporters’ mainstream media, bonafide ‘newspaper’ Editorial Board writes that Republicans are the “…party that refuses to uncouple from Trump, won’t acknowledge the threat to democracy that the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol posed, and continues to take far-right stances out of step with the rest of the country when it comes to assault-style weapons and abortion.” And that the Tribune’s upset that these deplorable Republicans are printing fake ‘newspapers’ full of bias and misinformation and sending them to voters in the mail.
