This story is so funny. Public Restrooms. Wow. These are not for the actual public, the actual public tax payer will never go in there. Can’t even imagine the mess, increase in crime and lawlessness when you provide all of the needed “amenities” for drug addicts and criminals.
Because of ADA requirements, public restrooms in the US are massive compared to restrooms in the rest of the world. Which is why they are used as homeless shelters, drug dens, etc.
LaSpata, it’s not a political issue, it’s a homeless bum issue. Public restrooms become havens for drug addicts, homeless, prostitution and crime in progressive run cities. And because of the nature of the patrons, they become really nasty, really fast. Ever been in the public restroom near Buckingham Fountain or the 18th Street beach? They’re not much better than prison bathrooms with about the same chance of encountering an unsavory thug.
