A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Criminals are the root cause of crime. CPS just passed the kids through and now they have been robbed of their future earnings. No businesses as they have been chased out by the State and the Chitty. No other choice but crime. So, get used to it, will be like this for generations.

The root cause is boys of color growing up in fatherless homes. There BJ, I’ve identified the root cause. Here’s 3 solutions. 1.) No more welfare cheques to baby mommas for having kids out of wedlock. 2.) Eliminate no cash bail for all crimes. 3.) Incarcerate repeat offenders for long periods of time.
