Wish Mr. Berlin would have been one of the State’s Attorney’s to sue the State over the Safety Act, but sadly he did not. He has also been silent on the gun grab that our State and local officials are trying to implement.
The woke mothers of DuPage welcome these felons. They keep voting for the likes of Casten and Underwood. Taxes will rise across DuPage as villages are forced to hire additional police to deal with violent crime. Retailers will be forced to keep everything under lock and key. It won’t be pretty.

So even if living in an area that once upon a time you thought was safe beware of the Black Plague as you live in once safe suburbs. DuPage County’s tougher prosecutions won’t mean anything when the aptly named SAFE-T Act is upheld by the 100% corrupt Illinois Supreme Court. Felons caught with illegal guns, switches and outsized clips will be released on recognizance, immediately! Sorry Oak Brook, don’t even bother putting the cuffs on, because they’re coming off immediately! And if you naively think some perp is going to show up for their court date in Wheaton? So basically you’re giving the criminal a warning when he gets served with the rule to show cause. At that point he can just flee the state.
