Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. So Round boy is a Bully! We get it!
When you inherit everything, you have nothing of yours to lose.
The JB bull s– only works so well with a certain type of electorate and a certain type of press. Illinois provides both of those for the Gov- a lazy and ignorant voter base teamed up with a lazy and politically tainted press. His circus antics and fabrications won’t play well in any red or purple state, and he will likely look like a fool in some blue– but educated –states like Michigan or Mass. He will get a whoopin’ when he tries to go national.

Single party rule generates single party rules. It doesn’t usually end well. Cash stuffed creatures of the Hutt’s ilk aren’t simply used to hearing ‘yes… Read more »
Actually he comes across as a spoiled rich kid.
