Weather kept the shootings down this holiday weekend, though I would expect Brandon to take credit for the drop in shootings/fatalities.

I don’t understand why gang bangers aim is so terrible. 32 shot but only 3 fatalities? How many hundreds if not thousands of rounds were fired? Do they not do target practice in some abandoned field? Do they not spend $100 on BB guns and plink bottles and cans in abandoned homes? I don’t get it. Ammo is really expensive these days, it’s over $1 a bullet for some common calibers. You’d think if you were trying to kill a rival, you’d take good aim, a few choice shots, and get out of there quickly.
