New Illinois law allows hotels to refuse service to unruly guests – Center Square

Existing law prevents hotel managers from removing customers who verbally abuse staff. Sponsors of the bill said the measure gives hotel managers the authority to deal with troubling behavior and maintain a safe working environment.

I stayed in places in Ontario and they post the removal law on the door of every hotel room!

No, they can’t. Only citizens and legal immigrants qualify as unruly.

Illinois welcomes, supports, and provides for illegals. Just ask uncle JB and his brother from another mother, BJ.
