Teen girl accused of ‘hate speech’ after protesting transgenders in YMCA locker room: Report – FOX News

Requests by parents to ask trans individuals to use the private bathrooms and send out an email informing the swim team of the policy were denied by the YMCA according to the young swimmer's father. In a statement, the Illinois Freedom Caucus said they were proud of the high school student's courage to share her experience with the public.

Why is this not considered to be child-abuse, and why is this frontal-nudity of trans person’s penis not considered child pornography by proxy too?

I have been to the Y facility in question many times. It has 4 or 5 “family” or “special needs” changing rooms, which have their own private shower stalls and toilets and doors lockable from the inside, in addition to the men’s and women’s locker rooms. They are routinely used by persons who can’t, or prefer not to, use the regular locker rooms due to disabilities, by parents who have kids still in diapers, and parents accompanying very young kids of the opposite sex (e.g., a mom with preschool age boys).
