Chicago CPS owns a lot of vacant and/or underutilized school buildings. Voila! Easily convertible migrant housing for sanctuary city “recently-arrived investors in American Dream”, toilet-rooms, gyms, libraries, and classrooms for shared living-quarters. an appropriate plan might include: List all potential illegal immigrant housing lands in Chicago, including yacht clubs, country clubs, Astor St. parks, Lincoln Park park districts; not just neighborhoods which lack resources to fight back against zoning law violations which cram ’emergency authority’ down the throats of non-politically-privileged communities. Spread illegal immigrants equally amongst all without special exemptions for poshy areas, or establish a lottery system to randomly draw the unlucky community which is forced to bear the expense and risk of hosting this service. A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
