Illinois has a far-left political minority that’s imposing its will on the rest of the state – Wirepoints joins Will Stephens on WXAN

Mark joined WXAN radio host Will Stephens to talk about the one-sided attack on pro-life activists’ free speech, why the anti-doxing law is horribly written with the goal of suppressing political criticism, how freedom of thought and freedom of speech is at risk in law schools, and more.

The far-left political minority hates the middle class. What remains of the middle class, that is. The middle class was the backbone of sound American principles–the middle class did not rely on government handouts. Marxists constantly pit two groups against each other–they want chaos and destruction. Brandon Johnson wants you to think that the police officers are the oppressors and the criminals are the oppressed. That’s why they defund the police and take away property rights and allow looting etc.. Anyone in the private sector who is hardworking, productive, and successful will be punished. Not surprising as to the political climate in Illinois. A governor that wants it to be “ the most progressive state in the union “, an AG that loves to let criminals walk on the basis of their skin tone, the mayor of the largest, welfare recipient and crime infested city in the state proudly displaying his soft communist agenda and various officals towing the company line when they’re not ripping off PPP and the taxpayers. Lincoln would probably sue to have his name disassociated from Illinois when he finished vomiting.

The far Left is a majority in Illinois. The people leaving the state are smart conservatives. All one has to do is look at the county by county breakdown from the 2020 U.S. Census to determine that.

Liberals are moving from Cook County to the collar counties like DuPage, Kane and McHenry and screwing up those towns. It’s all the downstate counties, the conservative counties, where the population loss is occurring.

Wirepoints, Illinois is doomed.

Are they really a minority? Consider that they do get out and vole and large numbers of voters agree with them as they do not get out and vote against their polices. The will of the people in Illinois astounds me but I no longer let it bother me. It is more fun to sit back and watch with a humorous attitude.

Issues of parental rights, education, crime, taxes, are the best ways to expose the toxic nature of Democrat policy

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
