A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Where or when are advocates for US homeless going to start filing lawsuits demanding equal treatment?…..There are no rules, there is no legal framework…the JB/Brandon migrant clown show train-wreak goes on…what an F-ing joke!!
