questions: are the 398 “administrative duty” jobs currently preformed by fully sworn CPD officers that are proposed to be turned over to non-sworn CPD personnel protected by FOP contract? And if so, with passage of Amendment 1, will it be possible to turn these positions over to non-sworn CPD personnel?
