Oh boy, Pritzker is excited! Meanwhile there is a collective yawn from the population at large. EV demand is falling like a rock.

Based upon the funding and giveaways it seems like it is the government, ie taxpayers, that are “going” to build the plants in Illinois.

Maybe true if you also count companies building the EV chargers. Only 1 that I found so far.

This news as of yesterday about reopening the Belvidere Stellantis plant maybe with some type of EV cars but not sure yet. So some good news.
