This can’t be be possible with all of our restrictive gun ownership laws. I’m thinking that something else must be involved.

Gee, could being raised in a single parent home on government assistance by a parent who was raised the same way by a grandparent was raised on the dole contribute to a bad societal outcome?

I thought JB said Illinois is the greatest place to raise a family. Young people dying doesn’t seem to be so great. Was JB excluding Chicago from his statement, or was this just another JB whopper?

If this was happening in the rich suburbs or a Jewish neighborhood would police enforcement be the same? Just asking for an opinion.

Unfortunately, as long as bad guys can steal cars and get to different neighborhoods, the possibility is real. But you won’t see residents of those neighborhoods shooting one another.

Is this a cultural phenomenon?
