Here are some new Illinois laws going into effect in January – WROK (Rockford)

With 566 bills passed during the session this year, there are several changes and additions to current Illinois laws going into 2024, and some laws that address developing technologies like "deep fakes" and Zoom meetings.

I looked at the law passed in my birth year and it was Thou shall not eat from the tree of Good and Evil. Good thing I didn’t because I prefer cherries over apples. LOL
