A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
This program is just typical Democrat misdirection to throw money at the Dem machine workers administering the program. Everyone knows that city workers or their agents are NEVER going to solve anyone’s mental issues. Further, of the criminals class in Chicago, it’s only a small percentage committing actual crimes who have the mental issues which need professional help. Instead, the typical Chicago criminal is the one INFLICTING trauma on innocent victims. This is not even arguable.
