You’d have to be a crazy person to want to take a new job in IL in 2023. Imagine being offered a job opportunity in Chicago/Illinois….and then you hear “Highest taxes in the US / Most progressive state in the union / Most murders in the country / strictest gun laws in the union / Cold 9 months a year with few outdoor opportunities, no mountains or forests / All of your neighbors will be chit-libs / the city proper is super violent / the city is really segregated …”
You must understand the politicians, and their voters, did this on purpose. They made it the most ‘progressive’ state in the nation because they only want progressives to live here. It’s difficult to accept, but they really, truly hate you, deplorable, and they want you gone. They destroy the state to make you leave.
